Chapter 5

In one motion, he stood and flipped the table out of the way as he lunged forward for her. Their lips met in a passionate rush, the heat that had been spreading in her body becoming a roaring fire.

It was the first real contact she’d had since first waking up. Every touch of skin, every press of the lips was electrical. The need to touch and to connect was overwhelming.
